Four decades on the shores of the Mediterranean
Since 1984, Restaurante Tres Forcas has stood at the edge of the Mediterranean, where the Rif mountains cascade into the sea at Nador. What began as a single waterfront table — a dream of one family and the fresh catch of local fishermen — has grown into one of Morocco's most beloved and enduring seafood institutions.
We are named after Cape Tres Forcas, the ancient Roman promontory that juts boldly into the sea just north of Nador, unchanged for millennia. Like the cape, our commitment to quality, tradition, and the sea has never wavered. Every dish we serve is a bridge between the past and present — between the fishermen who rise before the sun and the guests who gather at our tables at dusk.
A family dream becomes reality on the waterfront of Nador. The first dishes are served to fishermen and neighbours — chermoula prawns, grilled sea bass, and Moroccan bread.
Growing word of mouth brings diners from across the Rif region. We expand with a dedicated dining room, doubling capacity and introducing our first formal menu.
Our head chef introduces the signature Rfisa dish — a coastal twist on the classic Moroccan stew that would go on to define our identity for generations.
A major renovation opens our iconic terrace overlooking the Mediterranean bay — the most beautiful dining setting in Nador, beloved by families and honeymooners alike.
Our most ambitious creation launches: the Royal Seafood Platter for two — a grand tour of the Mediterranean on one stunning plateau. Instantly becomes our most celebrated dish.
We celebrate four decades of unbroken excellence, welcomed by 5,000+ loyal followers and guests from across Morocco, Spain, and beyond. The journey continues.
Every morning, our team visits the Nador fish market before dawn. Only what is freshest makes it to your plate — no exceptions, no compromises.
Tres Forcas began as a family vision and remains one today. Three generations have poured their love, knowledge, and dedication into this place.
Moroccan culinary tradition is sacred to us. We evolve our presentation but never our roots — every recipe is a living piece of cultural memory.
